For stays of 30 nights or more, prices start at COP 3,100,000 per month. The exact price depends on your dates and length of stay, and is confirmed when we quote your dates. It is an all-inclusive monthly rate: no separate cleaning fee.

Stays from 3 nights are quoted by date. From 30 to 179 nights the MIU Flex monthly all-inclusive rate applies, and it goes down with length of stay (the exact price depends on the number of nights and the arrival month). From 180 nights MIU Largo applies, with a mandatory rental insurance policy, quoted by date. 1–2 night stays are not booked directly except for same-day check-in.

Covered parking inside the building for every apartment. TV, equipped kitchen and private good-quality internet for each apartment (Wi-Fi or cable). Utilities on monthly stays: LF-510 includes up to COP 300,000 per month and LF-1208 up to COP 380,000 per month; any excess is charged with that period's invoice.

We accept small and medium pets, only on stays of 30 nights or more, for an extra COP 100,000 per month. We cannot accept large pets for now.

Bank transfer to Bancolombia, Bre-B key, or credit/debit card through a payment link (3% card surcharge). We do not accept cash or crypto. Entry is authorized once the payment has cleared. Payment details are sent once the pre-booking is approved.

For stays of 30 nights or more, a COP 600,000 advance holds the booking. Before arrival you pay the first month, without deducting the advance; for stays longer than 30 nights the rest can be paid month by month. Once the first month is paid, the advance becomes a damage deposit and is refunded at the end of the stay if everything is fine.

The included cleaning is the move-in cleaning. Extra cleanings during the stay cost COP 136,000 each, subject to availability.

Yes: covered parking inside the building is included for every apartment; reception assigns your space at check-in.

Yes. Visits are arranged on WhatsApp, at any time as long as the apartment is clean, vacant and has no pending arrival.

From 28 nights the stay is a long-term rental and the tenant decides who visits or stays over, without exceeding the apartment capacity. For bookings under 28 nights the building only allows the people registered in the booking.

Depending on the studio, 2 to 3 people on monthly stays (see each studio). Babies do not count toward capacity; we do not have a crib. For groups that do not fit in one studio we can offer two studios in the same building.

All our apartments are studios: one open space, entire and private, about 32 m², with no separate bedroom. We do not rent rooms.

Paid laundry on the first floor (about COP 8,000 per load, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). LF-1208 has a private washer-dryer and LF-510 has its own washing machine.

Yes. For an invoice in a company's name we need its RUT; national companies are invoiced with VAT. The invoice is sent the next business day after payment.

In El Poblado, Medellín, near Mall La Frontera and Sao Paulo Plaza. We share the exact address for stays of 30 nights or more (and you can schedule a visit); for shorter stays, after the advance payment is received.
