From COP 3,100,000 per month, all inclusive
The exact price depends on how many nights you stay (it goes down with length of stay) and the arrival month. We confirm it on WhatsApp for your dates.
How it works
- 30 to 179 nights: all-inclusive monthly rate that goes down with length of stay (MIU Flex).
- From 180 nights: MIU Largo, with a mandatory rental insurance policy; quoted by date.
- Under 30 nights: stays from 3 nights, quoted by date.
- Move-in cleaning is included: no separate cleaning fee.
- Utilities on monthly stays: LF-510 includes up to COP 300,000 per month and LF-1208 up to COP 380,000; any excess is charged with that period's invoice.
Booking and payment
- For stays of 30 nights or more, a COP 600,000 advance holds the booking.
- Before arrival you pay the first month, without deducting the advance; longer stays can be paid month by month.
- Once the first month is paid, the advance becomes a damage deposit, refunded at the end of the stay if everything is fine.
- Payment: bank transfer to Bancolombia, Bre-B key, or credit/debit card via payment link (3% card surcharge). No cash or crypto.
- Small and medium pets on stays of 30 nights or more: COP 100,000 extra per month.
